We can mention with satisfaction that the export of Paraguayan meat to Israel exceeds in quantity the exports of the same to the different countries in Europe. Paraguay also exports charcoal, sesame, soybeans, rice among other products to Israel.

 

Regarding to ​​scholarships offered by the State of Israel for Paraguayan professionals, we can indicate a very favorable attendance of scholarship holders attending seminars offered by MASHAV (International Cooperation Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel).

​

These courses are focused to the areas of: pedagogy, agriculture, livestock, journalism, citizen security, police and community, environment, etc.

 

Currently, more than 40 Paraguayan professionals participate annually in the seminars, and they count with the assistance and support of this Embassy.  

 

In the field of science, which are shared between both nations  it is to be emphasized that in Paraguay we have among others, the drip irrigation system, created in Israel, buildings with solar panels and special greenhouses.
