Max Haber Neumann  was appointed as Ambassador of the Republic of Paraguay in the State of Israel.  On October 2013 presented the Credentials to the President of Israel H.E.Shimon Peres.Came to Israel to reopen the Embassy of Paraguay, after twelve years.

The diplomatic Headquarters were reopened on January 2014 and the official inauguration of the Paraguayan Embassy was during May 2014.

• On February/2013  was awarded with the Grand Cross Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany (Verdienstorden der Bundesrepublik Deutschland). This award was granted by H.E. JOACHIM GAUCK, President of the Federal Republic of Germany and imposed by the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Paraguay, Dr. CLAUDE  ROBERT ELLNER.
